March 5-6 is SuperStart! and Believe.
Liberty has groups going to both events.
On
March 7 at 6:00 Liberty will join First Christian, Brownstown at First Christian for Family Comedy Night with Larry DeLawder.
On March 14, the Bankester Family will be at Liberty for the 10:00
worship service and a concert at 6:00.
The
Senior Adult Fellowship is March 17 at 11:00. Ham & beans, cole slaw, cornbread, pork bbq sandwiches and desserts
are all provided. Bring a friend and a Bingo prize (under $3).
On March 21, Liberty will have an all church soup supper at 6:00. The soups will be provided. Please
bring sandwiches, crackers, desserts to share.
March
22 is the date for the regular board meeting and elders meeting.
On April 4, Liberty will join First Christian, Brownstown at First Christian for Sunrise Service and Breakfast.
Then at 10:00 we will have our normal worship service at Liberty.
January Fellowships -
16th - 40's Fellowship at church at 5:00. We will be playing board games and eating (of course)...bring
soup or something to go with soup.
20th - Senior Adult Fellowship
at 11:00 at church. We will be eating and then Erin Schaub will talk to us about placing foster children in homes.
23rd - 50's & 60's Fellowship at 6:00. We will
meet at John & Kathy's.
40's Fellowship for October will be Saturday, the 17th at 5:00 at Barry
& Kelly's house. We will have a wienie roast and hayride and the whole family is invited so bring your
kids. There is a sign up sheet on the bulletin board in the foyer.
20's & 30's Fellowship for October is the 23rd at 6:00 at Aaron & Chelsie's house. A
fish fry is planned - please bring a dish to share. There is a sign up sheet on the bulletin board in the foyer.
The
Golden Years or Senior Adult Fellowship is October 21 at 11:00 at the church. After a lunch of soups (brought by the
group) Linda will update us on her Medical Mission Trip to Haiti that she took in September.
Age Group Fellowships for Adults
Only starting in September...
You are encouraged to be a part of your age
group's fellowship. The goal of each age group fellowship is to help us know each other on a more personal basis just
be being together. There are four different groups and each group will have four leaders to pull the details together.
We have the 20's & 30's fellowship, 40's fellowship, 50's & 60's fellowship and the Golden Years fellowship.
You can come in you are single or married (it's not a "couples thing"). You are encouraged to bring your friends
to your fellowship. The goal is to meet once a month either in the fellowship hall or somewhere else. Those of
you with kids at home may be wondering about your children. We hope to provide babysitting at the church for you so
that you can enjoy your evening with Christian friends.

The Golden Years fellowship will meet at 11:00 on the
16th.
The 50's & 60's fellowship will meet on the 18th at 7:00.
The 20's & 30's fellowship will meet on the 19th at 5:00.
The 40's fellowship will meet at 7:00 on the 25th.
The
question has been asked "what if my husband is in one group and I'm in another". Just pick a group or come
to both...we won't check your age at the door.
